A SEASON OF CHANGE
Seasons of change will always come, in nature and in life. I have always loved to see the changing of the four seasons, but especially the change from summer to fall.
In my life for whatever reason, fall has been a special time. Changing from the long hot summer to the beautiful colors of fall as the cool air begins to blow over the land. It feels wonderful and special.
Changes in life are necessary. We all have different seasons of experience.
There are changes that have come to me as a father, a husband and now a grandparent.
There have been changes as my wife and I have watched our beautiful children grow into adulthood and have their own families.
There is a great change that has come as my wife, and I have grown old together. This has been a lovely change from a season of lives summer as we begin our “fall” season of life.
These changes in the seasons of our lives are something we all go through – always make the best of them. It is God’s will for you to have them, whether they seem good or bad at the time – there is a purpose.
Ecclesiastes 3:1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.
